1. What happens if my suit doesn’t fit?
We work hard to make sure that your suit fits exactly how you want it to on the first try. However there is a chance that you may want to have minor alterations done. If this is the case then take your suit to a local tailor for the alterations, and we will reimburse you up to $100.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each Suit is handmade specifically to your measurements and body type. Generally you will receive your suit within 3 weeks of purchase.
3. How do I return my suit?
To start the return process for your suit, please send a message to our customer service department (Contact Us Page link). They will respond shortly with the necessary steps.
4. I had to have alterations made to my suit, how much of a reimbursement do I get for the alterations?
We will reimburse up to $75 for alterations made after purchase.
5. How do I claim the reimbursement for my alterations?
To reclaim your reimbursement for alterations made after purchase you will need the receipt from the tailor. Contact our customer service department (Contact Us Page link) and send the copy of your receipt to us. We will process your reimbursement promptly.
